Steps to Install Solar Brackets on Different Types of Roof

Step 1

Remove the tiles, and then fix hooks to the beam.

Connect hooks to the rails.

Connect solar panels to the rails.

Drill holes on the cement foundation. The depth of the holes is determined by the thickness of the foundation and the length of the bolts.

Step 2

Put the expansion bolt into the hole, and the distance from the hole is 30mm.

Align the bottom beam hole or base hole with the bolt, and tighten the nut with a wrench.

Determine the installation position of the rear column according to the bracket angle, and fix the base and the rear column with bolts.

Step 3

Use corner connections to fix the diagonal beam to the rear pillar, and use bolts to connect the diagonal beam to the base.

Determine the installation position of the keel according to the component mounting holes, and fix the keel on the oblique beam with heterosexual nuts.

Install solar panels.
